We are currently working on the latest incarnation of the integrated customer helpdesk solution for osCommerce cvs2.2 (MS1).

New features will include a more advanced FAQ system, tracking system for orders, live support module, forum  / Bulletin Board, and more.

We aim to make this the most complete and comprehensive solution available for osCommerce.

We are also looking at the possibility of providing thissolution in a standalone package, suitable for anyone with access to a web server with PHP and mySql.
